Sport and Fitness has been part of my life as long as I can remember. Born and bred in Edinburgh into an already fitness themed family, I was very active in my early years and upon starting Primary School, started playing football at 4 years of age. Throughout my school years, football was the dominant thing in my life, and even now I still play, turning out for East of Scotland side Edinburgh City. A keen interest in most Sports, notably Running, Golf and Tennis, made sure I was never short of options for things to do.
During High School, the time came when I needed to make some cash, so I decided to do my lifeguard qualification and soon enough, was offered a job at Queen Margaret University. Being a lifeguard soon developed into working more on the gym side of things and this is when I really developed my passion for fitness. It was only when I started to build up my qualifications that I realised that this passion extended into helping others achieve goals and this was something I was particularly interested in.
Nine years on and, after a brief stint in California, I returned to Queen Margaret to pursue my passion and have now been Personal Training here for 2 years. Over this time I have built up a steady client base, constantly learning and developing. I enjoy every second and seeing clients reach their goals is something of great satisfaction to me.
