If you have any questions, they may already be answered here. Please find below some common questions that I am asked ….

Q. Where does the training take place?
A. On most occasions, training will take place in the Sports Department of Queen Margaret University. Training is also available outdoor in local parks, beaches etc or if you prefer, from the comfort of your own home.

Q. How often do I have to train?
A. The answer to this question depends on your current condition, goals, schedule and a number of other factors. Most of my clients tend to train with me twice a week but the decision is entirely up to you.

Q. Do I need to join the gym to train with you?
A. No you will not require to join the gym. Your PT package will include these costs.

Q. What is involved in the assessment?
A. I will look at your resting heart rate, blood pressure, BMI, posture analysis and cardiovascular efficiency. Further tests may be carried out depending on the goals of your program.

Q. What if I forget something or need to ask a question?
A. I strongly believe in supporting you throughout your program and beyond, which is why I am always just a phone, text, or email away to answer any questions you may have.
